Chapter 1 of a series of video about “Lazy Workout” (LW)

Abs workout for lazy people: you can do it on your bed, and when doing something else (surfing on facebook, playing Candy Crush, watching TV, reading a book, drinking a cup of coffee or tea).
If you do it correctly, you won’t feel nape pain or back pain anymore, and work your abs or sure and not your anything else anymore.

But be aware of the fact that working your abs out is USELESS if

  1. you eat more than the needs of your body (continuing to eat even when you are not yet hungry or not hungry anymore) ;
  2. you don’t burn the fat all around your body (like with cardio for example).
